*Update March 14th, 2022 My Givenchy Seventeen second hand is not ticking with the proper alignment with the background dial markings, I've tried to call 3 times and left 2 voicemails. haven't heard back for the last couple of days. no call back, no pick up. I am worried if the warranty will be honoured.

march 15th, 2:56 PM after multiple calls, the phone got through, i guess its really busy right now. Will be going in for a quick repair.

5:57 pm march 16th, Andrew was able to take a look at my watch and make the adjustments.

Thank you Andrew for helping me with these 3 watches. My seiko was originally purchased in Taiwan about 15 ~ 16 years ago, after many years it wouldn't wind up anymore. So glad you were able to fix this as this was the 1st automatic watch gifted from my father. Loved a good chat with you when I came in to pick up my watch, I was unaware that you've acquired your watch repair degree back in 1977! Also, I was referred from a watch retail shop in guildford mall. As a local guide, I would definitely recommend everyone to come in for their watch repair and touch up.

P.S. please don't watch youtube videos and try to fix it yourself, i made that mistake, so i make Andrew work harder trying to put it back together. Luckily, I didn't tamper with any original pieces, I just sabatage them all =( well, lesson learned.

My watch stopped working while we were on the mainland, so after looking at some good reviews, this place looked like a solid spot to get my battery replaced. The owner told me it would be ready later that day, on Friday, but he would be in store all weekend if I wanted to pick it up then (even though his hours are closed on weekends). He said he would call me when it was ready. I thought "wow, that's great!" and was appreciative... Fast forward to Sunday, we came by, the shop was closed and I still hadn't gotten a call. Fair enough, those are his hours, but I just wish he hadn't told us we could pick it up on the weekend. Monday, we need to pick up the watch to catch a ferry back home, and we arrive to an open sign and door open 5 minutes before 10am. He has obviously completely forgotten about my watch because he doesn't recognize it when I describe it. He needs another hour to fix it... No, man. Then he berates us for being in his store 5 minutes early. Just really unprofessional and disorganized. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you need something done in a timely manner (ha ha). This place is nothing but a joke for customer service. I took in a clock to be fixed in December and was told that it would be done in the very beginning of February but to call at the end of January. So I did and he said that it wouldn't be done until the middle of February. I thought okay fine. So I call back the middle of February. The guy gave excuses as to why it wasn't done. He told me that that night he was going to get his son to look at it and it will be ready in 3 weeks. I gave him 4 weeks and still didn't hear a thing. So I called back again only to find out that he had no idea about the clock. I got mad and asked what he meant. He then said oh your clock has not been looked at yet. He then said again that night he would go home to work on the clock and in 3 weeks it would be ready. I told him no way and that I wanted my clock back. He gave me a bad attitude and told me that I won't be able to find anyone to fix it because he was the only one. Well then he should have fixed it when he said he would instead of beating around the bush. Very bad service!!!! Looks like I am not the only one he has...
