I have experienced many difficulties with a particular staff member, Terry. She is unnecessarily strict with the rules and hard to talk to from a customer standpoint. Her customer service skills are atrocious, and she would be much better fit for a position fending off Canadian geese. It turned us off so much we ended up leaving the grounds. Other that that 0/5 star experience, every aspect of the lake facilities and staff...

Two of our guests are disabled, and it was beautiful to watch the three young men handling situations with grace and care. Well done you employees. Very impressive. Thank you. ...
