Horrible service. First of all the food here is very plain. The pizza doesn't taste fresh at all. It's always cold when I buy it. The food in general doesn't taste that good. Very plain and cold. When I bought chicken wings, I expected them to be fancy and something I normally don't eat but it looked and tasted exactly like homemade wings or wings from a grocery store. It tasted and looked exactly like wings I normally eat. Secondly, The food is EXTREMLY pricy. Just for one slice of pizza that doesn't even taste good, the price is $3.50. It is way too pricy for just a single slice of pizza. Every item on their menu is very expensive. I bought food from CPU and I wasted more than 10 dollars and I was disappointed to have spent so much money. Thirdly, the service in general was terrible. I had a 50 dollar bill and I spent 12 dollars which I was already disappointed to have wasted so much money because of how pricy their food is. But the cashier was supposed to give me 38 dollar change. Instead he gave me 28 dollars. When I told him that he is supposed to give me 10 dollars extra, he refused to give me my money back and claimed that he did give me it when clearly he did not. He made it seem like I lost my 10 dollars but I checked everywhere and I did not lose it. He gave me 5 dollars back instead of 10. When I also tried to get a refund, he ignored me and didn't give me my money back and proceeded to cook my wings. It was also very hard to understand the cashier and he did not respond to me clearly. He also couldn't count my change and had to use a calculator to figure out what 50 dollars minus 12 equals. This shows that CPU has very unprofessional work environment. All I have to say is that I will never come...
Read moreWhen I came into the restaurant, I waited to order a 3 pc chicken lunch meal. The guy at the counter told me to wait for 15 minutes, which was understandable, and I am a patient person, but probably would infuriate customers with a short fuse of patience. When I sat at the table, the counters were still not clean, and I had to wipe it myself. When the food arrived, the chicken was nicely seasoned, cooked perfectly and juicy although respectfully not as seasoned and crispy as the one by Saddletowne Train Station. Fries as well with a generous portion too, and the coleslaw is actually surprisingly good. Although the gravy was, to be honest, actually horrid and tasted like something straight out of a factory lab. Unc at the cash register was chill asl doe so I fw that. Asked for a fork and he was friendly with it too. Although the lunch meal should be already included with a fork, considering it includes a coleslaw on the side and you normally eat coleslaw with a utensil. Not with your hands unless if you mad built different. The hot sauce tasted a bit funny as it tasted more sour then spicy for my taste. I was expecting the hot sauce to be like the one in Saddletowne where its chunky and the spice punches immediately that pairs well with the chicken. All in all,...
