The Compound YYC — Attraction in Calgary

Best place to skate in Calgary ;). I’ve been skating Calgary parks for 5-6 years and I’ve got to say this is my favourite place to skate. New miniramp and bowl area (heated) is so well made. Whole facility is a really good size as well. Great hours too and great homies. 10$ for 7 hours of skating (Monday Wed Fri) is super reasonable and they have punch ticket offers that come to 8$ a time. First thing the staff are the most chill and friendly people iv'e ever met. Now that's out the way the inside may be small but that does't matter because. It's like a huge park when you get on it i wish they had more down rails though. The only one they have is big if ya'll got like a small one and a different stair case it would be even more of a W skate park. over all 5 star's love ya'll keep up...

The park has some amazing skaters that ride hard and go balls out. There's a great welcoming vibe. Riley Boland and other top Calgary skaters stop by on occasion, creating insane skate vibes. There's no skooters. 10 dollars is worth it. Think about investing long term. Only downside is with the insane cold the park gets a lil cold. Be nice if there were more indoor parks like this.
