Standard fare for a Subway.
Staff aren't the best as specific requests, ie. how much/how little of a topping you want, and their sandwiches tend to be poorly put together, in that the toppings tend to spill out of the open end of the sandwich, causing a huge mess - especially when it comes to sauces.
Another big complaint is that their point of sale machines will ask for tips. The owner/management should pay their employees better and not put the burden on the customer to subsidize their pay.
Avoid coming around lunch hours unless you're free on time, as it's much busier than a typical Subway due to it being in the middle of an industrial/commercial zone and is a popular go to for people in the area. Read moreOrdered a sub on the app, paid for the sub and went to this exact location. Owner told me he didn't get my order and started to slam and get very angry. Even after I showed him the confirm payment and the address he continued to be extremely rude. I order here often and I will NOT be back. Get some better customer service skills, it's not my fault your computer system is glitchy.
Also this location charges for extra toppings, and doesn't ever participate in promotions, after seeing how the owner acts I know why.
