Based on my visit on 8th September 2024. What can I say ! It is one of the best beaches I have visited in my life. We were on a road trip to Sheguiandah. While on our way back to South Baymouth ferry point, we took a detour to visit this place. We stayed for hardly 5 minutes, and we're just awestruck by the enigmatic charisma and charm the blue water was having on a bright sunny day. Eventually we left as we wanted to catch the Ferry. And thank God we missed it. Eventually, I got a chance to revist this magical paradise again. We spent a lot of time here. I had a great walk on the beach shore in the afternoon thanks to the low temperature and high wind gust on a sunny day. It was just picture-perfect. Trust me, when I say this, the images don't do justice to elaborate the aura of this place. The best part? It's a hidden gem. So, no crowds, no annoying elements were visible on this place. Even the small town adjacent to it is beautiful. One word of caution is that the sand is way to quick be standing in water and admire the beauty. Personal advice not to go below knee-deep water and keep moving rather than staying still. The sand will try to pull you in if you stay in water. KEEP MOVING ALONG THE SHORE AND DON'T STAND STILL IN WATER

This is such a beautiful beach. There is a playground on the beach for children with accessible sand walkways. There are also some beach workout stations for adults. A long, nice boardwalk to walk and enjoy the view of the bay. You can buy snacks and ice cream, and there is historical discovery centre, with some local history and interactive activities for kids. And you may go with your dog to the far end of the beach. I loved the discovery centre, with friendly informative staff. Gorgeous beach. Great place to bring your family.

What a beautiful beach! Sunsets are absolutely perfect. Could not take enough photos. Must try the local fish and chips if you’re in the area. The water is cold, so be prepared! I had my dog with me, not really sure if he was allowed to be off leash… But it was a quiet night with nobody there. He deserved a swim. It can get windy here, so dress warm, especially if it’s not in the hot summer days. There’s lots of options nearby for places to stay, although the nearest stores are a bit of a drive.
