One of my weekly go to parks and lake. Absolutely a hidden gem. Great free parking, off leash dog park and awesome trails for all. Various routes and options to combine and make for a short walk, jog or run depending on your plan. I find about 45-60 mins here makes for a great time to explore and do a standard loop of the main Mundy lake and interlake trails and back to the parking.

Super beautiful. The trail that goes around the lake is small but very pleasant. I went there when it was raining; I still enjoyed my visit very much. The trail around the lake is well maintained. During rain sometimes puddles are formed into the trail but nothing major.

- Easy parking. - A simple walking path with slightly ups and downs. - Almost like a dog park. - Even on a cloudy day, you can enjoy great views! - Highly recommend one-round walking course!

Nice, little lake in the City of Coquitlam, surrounded by forest. The pathway around the lake might be muddy at some sections in rainy season (late fall to early spring). Nevertheless, it is walkable even for small children with proper clothes, boots, and...
