Conviently located near Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, THIS is where you should hang out if you have over an hour to pass before your scheduled boat. This is also a great place for sitting at the shore, for enjoying get - togethers and meeting friendly dogs. There are logs everywhere for sitting on and leaning against, and at sunset, the view is spectacular. There are also glimpses of the Vancouver skyline available, but between the birds and the sand and the waves, it becomes secondary. On the date we visited, (a Saturday - in the evening) we drove into the park, and passed a gate that said, gates close at 8:00pm! Otherwise, worth the visit and only minutes away from the Ferry terminal. Also a nice alternative to the very peopled shopping complex: Tsawwassen Mills (...as we were not in need of shopping or restaurants and were looking for a...

I would have done a zero but that's not an option. The reason for such a low rating is due to the fact that there are 4 fire pits for the entire Beach when the volume of use clearly merits having more. If the concern is fire safety then rather than having only four fire pits which is absolutely pathetic perhaps requiring people to complete a fire safety course and have a certificate to be allowed to have an open fire would be appropriate. It was beyond aggravating to be so excited and then have to borderline of beg to be able to share a fire pit with a perfect stranger. My kids and I ended up staying to eat & that was it. It is also very bizarre that this type of place has essentially a 9 p.m. curfew. It would be the ideal camping spot similar to Sombrio beach on Vancouver Island....

Boundary Bay park and beach are absolutely stunning and one of my new favorite spots in B.C.. The soft, sandy shore is perfect for relaxing, and the breathtaking views of serene mountains combined with glimpses of the city skyline create a unique and beautiful atmosphere. It has walking, biking, hiking trails, horse riding and many more. Something for everyone. One of the best parts is that they allow bonfires, which makes for a perfect evening with friends or family, watching the sunset and enjoying the crackling fire by the waves. The whole vibe is so peaceful, and it’s a wonderful escape from the everyday. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a picturesque, relaxing beach experience in...

This ocean side park is stunning!! It's large and goes for as far as the eye can see. There are nice fenced paths leading to look out over Centennial Beach, I seen many types of birds including bald Eagles, blue herons, there is large covred picnic areas, a large pond on the right side of the park. There are alot of huge logs everywhere u can stand on to get a great view of the mountains and the beach and the ocean. This place is a must see if your in Tsawwassen.💯💯💯

Really nice outdoor area to take the kids. Big playground, big parking lot. Good walking trail... Though, trail isn't paved so not stroller friendly. Lots of shore birds and woodland birds for bird watchers. It can get cold/windy at times, but as long as you are dressed for the weather, it's a great place to go. Easy walking trail. Has bathroom facilities near the parking lot, and garbage cans along the trails as well.

Beautiful park with long sandy beach and picnic/bbq/play ground area perfect for family. We enjoyed walk on the gravel trail that had different sections; seaside, boardwalk (temporarily closed right now), and through grass/marsh. Flowers were in full bloom and you could hear lots of birdies chirping. It was peaceful and pleasant. Whole loop was flat and about 5k long. Some path were shared with cyclists.
