A group of runners decided to barrel at full speed down this bridge with several out of control and off leash dogs.

One proceeded to chase down a small child who was screaming and terrified, giving her an injury. And the other dog knocked into a woman with her then needing medical care.

The runners then proceeded to run off laughing even more shockingly.

This is at the northern part of the trails leading from the east exit off the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge. This is a public park (no admission or parking fees) that is an amazing walk/hike through thick natural forests. I also highly recommend the extra hour or two it takes to walk to nearby Rice Lake (some people do casual fishing here) as it is beautiful and pristine (you can see the bottom of the lake from the water's surface).
