We had a really wonderful visit. Amanda (?) gave us a guided tour of the downstairs and took us on a walk to and from the convent, sharing historical tidbits about some buildings and then getting us into the cathedral. We learned about how the museum is working to regain access to the convent cathedral for events. We also enjoyed looking at the artifacts upstairs.

You can find just about every piece of cooking paraphernalia, locally made crafts, books, aromatherapy, etc. I dare you to leave without buying something. The people working here are kind and courteous and well informed. Take a moment or an hour to look around.
