Prejudice against people who have vision impairments. I was kicked out of the park 10 minutes into the session because I have glasses, yet all the lifeguards were wearing sunglasses, the guy who operates the drone was walking around on the splash pad was also wearing glasses for seeing, and other patrons were also wearing glasses and I was singled by only 1 of the 4 life guards that I passed by. Also, the ladies at the front desk seen I was wearing glasses for vision and didnāt bother to say anything , and during the safety talk before going into the pad, the lifeguards did not mention glasses, only goggles, hats and water shoes were mentioned. Told I couldnāt get a refund after missing out on the rest of the hour with my family. Made it more difficult on my partner to watch 2 high energy...

As an out of shape 40 year old trying to keep up with my 10 & 12 year old I ended up jumping off a platform to the airbag to launch one of my sons. She asked me what I needed (as I was hanging on the side of a structure) I asked for her flotation device and she jumped in and helped me right away. The crew then brought the boat over for me. She came and checked on after the fact to see how I was doing. Kids had so much fun we paid for another session but I stayed on shore knowing they were in good hands. I nominate Emily for employee of...

We weren't notifed of this until she went through the brief orientation while sizing up for her life jacket and we had already paid. She felt unsafe entering unfamiliar water without her glasses and decided to forgo the park while I was helping her buckel up her jacket. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Disappointing is an understatement, especially when it comes to someone who needs glasses to see anything more than an inch from her face. A bit abilist, actually.
Edited to add that I followed up with the owner and haven't heard a...
