So we all know that Moms kitchen here is the best food on campus. But then they pull up with some “French cuisine day” and I don’t know if they have ratatouille back there or what but this was one of the best meals I have ever eaten in my entire life. Creamy and buttery mashed potatoes. Sweet, soft, roasted carrots that melt in your mouth. Beef Bourguignon that I can’t even describe the flavor on this. Imagine the most perfect blend of sauce, vegetables, seasonings, and beef. Imagine what love tastes like. Imagine going to heaven, coming back, and trying to describe the feeling. For those who have not been before, bathrooms are downstairs (follow the signs). Overall, worth making your new destination for lunch and dinner on campus,...
