Definitely not a great experience, will probably not be returning. The restaurant was quite empty for a Saturday night, which made me wonder in the first place. The menu was quite disappointing as it seems they simply tried to hard to make things "fancier" than it needed to be. The pork belly and scallops were coated in balsamic glaze and there were a whole 3 scallops on the plate. The Caesars that we ordered were so full of horseradish I thought I should chew....we told them and they took the drinks away for us with literally a few sips out of them and still charged us for them. I never write reviews but I love this restaurant. I discovered it rather by accident a few years ago and I am so glad I did. In all the times I have been here I have never been anything but impressed. The service is wonderful. Cozy restaurant inside the Delta Hotel in Guelph. Great customer service, staff was very friendly. Had the chicken penne and the Monday night wine drink special ($6 for 6oz after 9pm).
