Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Guelph

Still awful. I can not believe anyone rates this store even a 3 out of 5. I used to go every morning..I started keeping a log of things they screw up, which will soon be on my youtube channel ( it's hilarious and unbelievable) . Go get a tea here ..I DARE you. I promise it will be either cold, unstired, or taste completely different than yesterday's tea to name a few things that they can't get right ever. Most of the staff are rude or just completely in a daze. To prove I'm not just a rude customer or too hard on them, I suggest you go to Starbucks just down the street. That Starbucks is great! They never screw it up , always friendly and consistent taste. Tim Hortons in general, as most Canadians know, is awful. This Timmy's is on another level. Wendy's next door is very good btw. I never feel ripped off there. Canadians need to stop being so "polite" Aka, too afraid not to accept awful service. I'll post my youtube link when I'm done editing, and you can see for yourselves. First time here , i came to the ICAS offices and i really wanted to get a hot drink and google showed me this tim hortons. I was looking around but can’t actually see no locations, so this is located inside the ontario building so close i was soo happy because i had an appointment and i didn’t want to take me so long waiting. , anyway you pass through the spind doors and turn left you will pass the conferences room and and the end of the hall is a cafeteria so easy and self service which is great , i was in a hurry.

They have a big area for the sandwiches, salads, bakery this was around 11 am so it was only 2 girls at the front so you have to wait less than five minutes to pay . So is not a big issue.

Really nice experience i had of self serve … it might be normal for people around but for me it was first time trying tim hortons self serve and i really enjoyed it also the lady at counter was too helpful...
