I am writing a review again just because I cannot reply to my other review pointing at me. The reply on my other review comes across as a indirect threat rather than a good faith attempt to address customer feedback. Referring the name ‘Awais Latif’ under my review is highly inappropriate. Let me be clear: my review was honest and based on my personal experience. My family have had real safety concerns with very less number of lifeguards on place and a mis-communication by staff and inappropriate way of handling customers. We’ve already conveyed to the authorities about the safety concern and hope others don’t have to face the same experience that we have had. These are valid criticisms, and I stand by it and I won’t be bullied by your words. If you’d like to proceed with legal action (as mentioned in my previous review), feel free to proceed but I will defend my right to share a truthful account what happened. Your mention of false reviews is especially ironic, considering the sudden flood of suspicious, AI-like positive reviews posted after mine. That speaks volumes about how your business handles criticism.

For a day out in the sun, FunSplash Sports Park checks all the boxes. You can choose a two hour to a full day pass. We purchased the two hour pass which was more than sufficient on a hot summer's day. The blow up obstacle course is challenging and extremely fun when accompanied by friends and family. After your time has expired, the kids can enjoy the rest of the day on the Conservation's well kept beach, or the well done splash pad, the Tree Walk or Zip Line which is separate from the FunSplash facility. FunSplash Sports Park and Binbrook Conservation Park will definitely see us back over the summer break. If you are looking for a outdoor venue the kids can burn some of that high pent energy, this is a perfect place to start.

Excellent value for money. Great that there is a splash waterpark for the 4-7 age group. Older ones can let it rip on the assault course whilst the younger ones can have the same fun. There is a great splash pad and playground for when they need a break at the Hamilton location. The toilets were clean and functional, there was a food truck that sold fried food and drinks. Lots of picnic tables that you can move to the shade. Additionally there is a water tap for rinsing off sand and river water, and a beach volleyball court. The parking was close to everything. I paid $23 for 1 car and 3 people to park all day.

I give this a 2 star rating. Honestly with my experience I felt it didn't meet the expectation I was going to get. I went here yesterday my first time with my hubby and 2 daughters. My youngest and I did the small splash works while my hubby and older daughter did the bigger one. Well my daughter didn't want to go on the big one with daddy so we tried to see if they would swap out the bracelet so I can go with my oldest who's 6 and they said no. So then my 6 year old wanted to go on the small one (keep in note I paid the 25.00 for her to be on the big one) an hour later she wanted to try going on the big one again with daddy and they said no switching. I PAID the 25.00 for her to go on it and they won't let her go back on it. I just feel this is not planned out at all. They should let them go between small one or big one. I don't think this is fair. They are so strict with rules. Of course there are rules to follow. My children and I went to go to a picnic table for a min to get a drink and i had a life guard telling me to come back to the area. It's like sorry my kids are thirsty and I wanted to see how much time we had left. Didn't enjoy my experience at all. Left...

I wish i could give -5.area is good but lifeguards are of no help at all. Will not recommend for younger kids espesially if you dnt know swimming you are at your own risk on the obstacle course. My son fell in water from the obstacle course.I reached out to lifeguard to help him out and to my surprise she told me she is not going to jump in water and help my son unless he is actually in distress.i told her he dnt know swimming so should i expect him to be stuck in middle of water all day long to which she told me to stay away from the play structucture which is for little kids.she didnt even care to look where my son is.she told me dnt worry some friend or some parent will help him out of water...No one helped my son but another parent.Lifeguards are paying zero attention to childern just standing there looking pretty.Never coming back.Very expensive bad...
