I hope this comment finds you well. I’m writing to share feedback regarding a recent experience at your facility, which unfortunately did not meet the high standards we’ve come to expect during our regular summer visits.
Typically, our visits have been enjoyable, and we’ve always appreciated the excellent service provided by your staff. This year, we were accompanied by two first-time visitors, and upon reaching Level 5, we made sure to ask the staff member in charge whether it would be okay if we can’t complete the challenge within the time limit, given that we had newcomers in our group. The staff member, who was very kind and accommodating, assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem.
However, during the course of the activity, particularly while navigating the Tic-Tac-Toe area, we encountered an unfortunate situation. A staff member named DECLAN began to yell at us, demanding that we must move faster. His remarks, including “Go, go, go faster!” and “We’re almost close, I have to go!” When my husband said “chill” he yelled while saying “no chill chill. You gotta go” added unnecessary pressure, which ultimately led to one of our friends falling and struggling to keep pace. This not only detracted from the experience but also created a stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere. We strongly feel that, instead of issuing commands under pressure, a more encouraging and supportive approach would have been more in line with the spirit of teamwork and fun that the activity is meant to foster.
Because of Declan’s actions, we regret to say that we will not be returning to your facility in the future. That said, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the other staff members who have consistently been helpful and accommodating throughout the years, especially to Frank, whose kindness and understanding on that day did not go unnoticed.
We truly hope that this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests, and we thank you for your attention to...
Read moreThe park courses were challenging and fun, however, we visited this past Sunday afternoon and I don't think a single person working was over the age of 22, and it showed.
The course "supervisors" were on point on the first couple courses, but at the 4th course, the supervisors were literally standing around talking to each other and not paying any attention. A couple girls at the top of the 4th course zipline took selfies for 5 minutes while everyone stood around waiting in line to go up - WE (the PAID GUESTS) had to tell these girls to get a move on before they went off.
Further into the 4th course, someone got injured near one of the last few obstacles; no staff were around to help for at least 15-20 minutes; some kids ahead of us were getting upset and complaining as they were stuck, and the staff who did finally show up to help the injured guest allowed a middle-aged woman just ahead of us to verbally harass the kids for complaining about the hold up. My family once again had to tell this woman off of these poor kids - disgusting behaviour for a woman of this age, but even more frustrating is that park staff said NOTHING to her.
I can't believe that in a place where someone could experience serious injury - not common but a possibility when you're exploring up in 40 ft trees on just a cable - there was no proper adult supervision in place. These kids were just trying to cruise through the rest of their shift and could have cared less about the...
Read moreBRING GLOVES, FLUIDS, SNACKS! Such a great place, my kids (12 & 14) and I loved this place. We had done the one in the Falls, which is slightly different but definitely helped us not be a novice at this! I read the reviews and website here for I knew to bring gloves but it was amazing to see the people that wished they had them but had no idea. My kids didn't want gloves nor cared for the, me on the other had being a forty-something old female was grateful for my gloves. (I used my old weight lifting gloves which were perfect!) We were being some nervous, slower people but the staffed recognized the back log they were causing and rectified the situation respectfully. As we were really excited to get to the 5th level and if you run out of time, you may not be able to do it. But we were and it was a bit tougher and since you had done 4 other levels you are a little more tired, so listen when they say hydrate well and eat a SNACK! I didn't eat my snack a my kids were already in line to get on the course and I regretted it, as it was hot, humid and I was tired and hungry. I was definitely a little light headed and exhausted through-out the 5th level. BUT once you hit the zip line over the lake you get a 2nd wind!!!!! I burnt 957 calories on the course!!!!! Sarah was our initial guide and she was fantastic, also there were two other blonde girls on the course who were very helpful and friendly. great staff!!!!! Thanks for a great start to the...
