I hope this comment finds you well. I’m writing to share feedback regarding a recent experience at your facility, which unfortunately did not meet the high standards we’ve come to expect during our regular summer visits.

Typically, our visits have been enjoyable, and we’ve always appreciated the excellent service provided by your staff. This year, we were accompanied by two first-time visitors, and upon reaching Level 5, we made sure to ask the staff member in charge whether it would be okay if we can’t complete the challenge within the time limit, given that we had newcomers in our group. The staff member, who was very kind and accommodating, assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem.

However, during the course of the activity, particularly while navigating the Tic-Tac-Toe area, we encountered an unfortunate situation. A staff member named DECLAN began to yell at us, demanding that we must move faster. His remarks, including “Go, go, go faster!” and “We’re almost close, I have to go!” When my husband said “chill” he yelled while saying “no chill chill. You gotta go” added unnecessary pressure, which ultimately led to one of our friends falling and struggling to keep pace. This not only detracted from the experience but also created a stressful and uncomfortable atmosphere. We strongly feel that, instead of issuing commands under pressure, a more encouraging and supportive approach would have been more in line with the spirit of teamwork and fun that the activity is meant to foster.

Because of Declan’s actions, we regret to say that we will not be returning to your facility in the future. That said, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the other staff members who have consistently been helpful and accommodating throughout the years, especially to Frank, whose kindness and understanding on that day did not go unnoticed.

We truly hope that this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests, and we thank you for your attention to...

The park courses were challenging and fun, however, we visited this past Sunday afternoon and I don't think a single person working was over the age of 22, and it showed.

The course "supervisors" were on point on the first couple courses, but at the 4th course, the supervisors were literally standing around talking to each other and not paying any attention. A couple girls at the top of the 4th course zipline took selfies for 5 minutes while everyone stood around waiting in line to go up - WE (the PAID GUESTS) had to tell these girls to get a move on before they went off.

Further into the 4th course, someone got injured near one of the last few obstacles; no staff were around to help for at least 15-20 minutes; some kids ahead of us were getting upset and complaining as they were stuck, and the staff who did finally show up to help the injured guest allowed a middle-aged woman just ahead of us to verbally harass the kids for complaining about the hold up. My family once again had to tell this woman off of these poor kids - disgusting behaviour for a woman of this age, but even more frustrating is that park staff said NOTHING to her.

I can't believe that in a place where someone could experience serious injury - not common but a possibility when you're exploring up in 40 ft trees on just a cable - there was no proper adult supervision in place. These kids were just trying to cruise through the rest of their shift and could have cared less about the...

BRING GLOVES, FLUIDS, SNACKS! Such a great place, my kids (12 & 14) and I loved this place. We had done the one in the Falls, which is slightly different but definitely helped us not be a novice at this! I read the reviews and website here for I knew to bring gloves but it was amazing to see the people that wished they had them but had no idea. My kids didn't want gloves nor cared for the, me on the other had being a forty-something old female was grateful for my gloves. (I used my old weight lifting gloves which were perfect!) We were being some nervous, slower people but the staffed recognized the back log they were causing and rectified the situation respectfully. As we were really excited to get to the 5th level and if you run out of time, you may not be able to do it. But we were and it was a bit tougher and since you had done 4 other levels you are a little more tired, so listen when they say hydrate well and eat a SNACK! I didn't eat my snack a my kids were already in line to get on the course and I regretted it, as it was hot, humid and I was tired and hungry. I was definitely a little light headed and exhausted through-out the 5th level. BUT once you hit the zip line over the lake you get a 2nd wind!!!!! I burnt 957 calories on the course!!!!! Sarah was our initial guide and she was fantastic, also there were two other blonde girls on the course who were very helpful and friendly. great staff!!!!! Thanks for a great start to the...

We had such a great experience at Treetop Trekking (Binbrook location) today. We had two age groups with us, so there was an adult with one doing the Discovery Course, and I took the older youth on the Aerial course. Our instructor Cupid did an amazing intro for us, and Frank was THE BEST guide out in the forest. The kids were able to get through 4 of the courses (with the exception of 5 only because of age). The games were really cool and had a good variety and level of challenge for them. They loved the ziplines too. Frank was there to offer guidance with the equipment and support when they needed it. For the Discovery course, our youngest had a blast! They taught them how to link up with the equipment and the basics of safety. They loved the course and had no problem with heights, which was great because they actually have a fear of it. All fun and games, so lots of excitement. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff from start to finish, so thanks for a great day everyone! If you bring lunch there were lots of areas to sit together and hang out. Parking lot not far. There were also drinks and snacks at the main check-in for sale. Lots of nature around too even as we enter the last month of Fall. I can't wait to come back with my partner for a date day next year. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves the outdoors and who's interested in challenging themselves.

We had an amazing time! All the guides are awesome. They’re very Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Thanks for making our time at Treetop Trekking Hamilton a great one. We were able to complete all 5 courses. I brought a pair of gloves like it states on the website and I’m glad I did. I somehow managed to hurt my fingertip near the end of one of the zip lines (I was going fast) so the gloves helped me out. I’m alright but wear gloves just in case. Also my hands weren’t sore since I wore gloves. I saw a lot of guests shaking out their hands. Definitely bring water you’ll need it for the end of course 4 and course 5. I left my bag with water and snacks in the cubbies / tables they have. So you can grab a drink whenever you finished a course. Bring bug spray! I brought my GoPro and luckily they had a helmet with the clip for a GoPro (otherwise I would have used my chest mount) but it would be nice if they had a few helmet with the clips just in case. I emailed earlier and one of the team members said they’re helmets so have the clips but maybe it was for a certain park. I recommend wearing a comfortable t-shirt and not a tank top. Your arms will rub against the mega cable and make you sore! I’ll definitely be back. Thanks again to all the guides at Treetop Trekking Hamilton you are all amazing.

Really fun place with very interesting obstacle courses. There are 5 different levels to try at this particular site, and they each get progressively harder. For level 5, one of the guides came along with us (I guess because they were almost closing for the day and didn't want one of us stranded up there after dark. Lol). It was nice to have the guide come along for added assurance. Thankfully we didn't need to use his rescuing skills. In order to do level 5, you have to make sure you get to that level before 4:30pm as they want to make sure you are able to complete it by the time they close at 5:30pm (and for good reason because the sun sets quickly in Oct/Nov). There is also a separate area for younger children. Safety protocols are followed here with disinfectant spray used on hands at the entrance of each level, and the 2m apart rule applies to anyone who is not within your party. They provide the harness and helmet to you (covered with the cost of ticket) but it is highly recommended that you bring a pair of warm and non slip gloves because the obstacle course can be rough on the hands.
