Best Skiing on the island and likely all of Eastern Canada. They now have a self serve kiosk for lift tickets getting you out on the slopes faster. Food at the cookhouse has gotten much better as has the selection, prices are still moderately high but I'm fine with that if the quality stays high.

My biggest complaint would have to be service at the bar. On busy days the wait can be horrendous, recently at the Old Sam race day only one of two bars were open and I waited almost 30 mins to get served. I understand they don't always have control over demand and it isn't always easy to predict turnout, but for a large planned event they should absolutely be prepared and increase or reallocate staff.

Overall the experience is excellent, the mountain and facilities are well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is tasty, the beer is cold and the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. If they could fix the service issues at the Knotty Pine Lounge I'd give them a...

Firstly, I would like to say that I haven't visited the resort in the winter. But....they seem to be not well prepared for the summer season. We had a group meeting in the main chalet and it wasn't a good experience. The noise level made it very difficult to be heard as I found myself and my coworkers shouting at times. It was too warm and the lighting made it difficult to see people's faces. Also, we had a banquet at the attached Bishops bar and restaurant and it was a terrible experience. It was so, so disorganized. Some people got their appetizers and mains together before most others got anything. A couple at my table waited over 1 1/2 hours for their meals. Also, the three fish tacos that I ordered had enough fish for one.....which I did! Maybe they took on more than they could handle but this definitely needs a lot of work. I will visit again before suggesting a...

The ski patrol is amazing! My friend and I were the last ones down today so they caught up with us to make sure we were making it down safely. We were having quite a lot of trouble as this was my first day ever snow boarding but one of the patrolmen was so so kind to us and helped us all the way down the last bit of the hill. Another patrolman sat with us at the top of the mountain on his break to teach us how to snowboard safely down the mountain and how to get off the chair lift without falling (which we did lol). I wish I had their names so I could mention them but I hope you see this and know that you made out day there sooooo good and we couldn’t stop talking about how helpful everyone was! Beautiful trails and amazing...

The place is absolutely stunning, we only got to experience the two runs unfortunately as the weather wasn't cooperating! However, the views extraordinary, even from the lower slopes. Would have loved to see what these ranges have to offer at the top. The resort it's self is quaint and small but more connecting with people. Absolutely child friendly. However, caution on the vehicles you may lease/hire. They supply them with all season tyres. Which is completely unsafe for the conditions it can get like here. Thanks ☺️
