I regret to report that my experience at this casino was significantly marred by the behavior of the staff. Rather than displaying the cordiality and professionalism that one would expect from a reputable establishment, the employees were unapproachable, rude, and demonstrated favoritism towards their regular patrons. Disturbingly, I observed instances where they instructed paying customers to vacate their table in favor of their preferred clients, especially in the roulette section. Such conduct is wholly unacceptable and creates an atmosphere that is not conducive to an enjoyable gambling experience. As a result, I left the premises feeling disheartened and disappointed, with no desire to return to this particular casino. The security guards always had poker faces. On the first two days, they let me in without any issues with my small backpack.
