Awesome market in the summer, a real treasure throne when it's well attended with vendors. The mostly outdoor setting is wonderful for a leisurely day of browsing. Vendors are usually ready to bargain and the atmosphere is very lively and festive. Don't be fooled by the small size of the building either, each one is a veritable maze of small rooms, some with basements and attics all filled with real antique treasures. Whatever you're into in terms of antiques there's probably something here for you. The backdrop of Lake Ontario right outside the Market is amazing on a good weather day and if I remember correctly you can see Toronto in the distance. Not much to eat or drink but sometimes a hot dog stand will be there and there's a Tim Hortons and small Subway very close. It's right alongside the QEW, easy to get off and a breeze to get back...

First time visiting this market. Open Thursdays to Sundays, I think, and holiday Mondays, weather permitting. Everyone will find something to their taste. I cannot tell you the items I saw that brought me back to my childhood home. My mom had so much of that Blue Mountain Pottery! Have not seen it in ages. I saw many things that I own from when I was a kid, i.e. Hot Wheels wheel-shaped carrier case. Prices seemed a bit high, but haggling is the order of the day. Witnessed some great haggling and deal making, so don’t let the listed price frighten you. Vendors are very friendly, chatty, and engaging. Well worth the stop and shop! But don’t buy that Steadmans’ Festival 70 mug, or the Air Canada 70s mug! I’m going...

This was my first time visiting the market in over 20 years. There are outside tables and there are also many things to see inside the buildings. A little bit of everything... Household items, clothing, furniture, license plates, tools, clocks, toys, books, VHS / DVDs... Few true antiques, though there are some (most items dating from the past 30-50 years). Not easy to navigate if you have mobility issues... The beautiful old house is a multi-floor vendor space, from basement to attic. Easy to access from the QEW highway, free admission, free parking. Vendors and staff are friendly! Gorgeous location right on the edge of Lake Ontario; used to be located next to Prudhommes...

HAPPY TO REPORT The parking lot has been recently been re done and the view is now unobstructed. Love this place for a day trip destination. There is a bbq food cart, and hours of entertainment if you like antique and vintage and funky finds. 3 buildings packed full to the attic plus outdoor vendors. I cannot wait to go back. You cannot go in the water from there but the view for lunch break is amazing. Blue water makea it feel like you are away on a vacation. I always find a treasure here for myself, vintage pyrex and furniture is hand picked by many seasoned vendors. I appreciate it! If you ever drove down the qew and saw antiques out on the lawn, thats the place!
