Great place to go kayaking, canoeing, rowing, or paddling. The water isn't the clearest and the ground beneath it is mud, so I wouldn't recommend swimming.
There are two porta-potties (one is marked as wheelchair-friendly). Parking's free. Gasoline-motored watercrafts are not permitted.
The conservation area signage and website indicates open hours are from 8:00am to 8:00pm, but some of the people who frequent the area mentioned they've stayed til 8:30pm without issue. To be safe though, I'd stick with the posted hours...
