Hammond Dog Park — Attraction in Maple Ridge

I like going to this off leash dog park since it tends to not be used by many people considering its sorta outta the way, under the Golden Ears Bridge and is in a less than ideal part of town. It's on a dead end street and kinda remote so please be prepared. I've never had anything bad happen to me while there so please don't get me wrong but the area just doesn't feel safe after dark for sure. Went to the dog park today- granted it was raining it was basically a swamp. The water runs off the bridge into the dog park leaving black like puddles everywhere. This park is good because it is quiet. Not many people go at the time my wife and I go. The downside of this park is in the winter half the park is under water with puddles .
