If I could give this place a rating less than 1 star I would. Negative energy though out the entire building. No encouragement from staff who basically stand around watching but do not offer any sort of help. My child entered the ninja course and was able to successfully climb the first row. When he entered again, he went to row 3, climbed up and then hesitated. He began panicking about being so high up without any other way down but to jump. The staff member on site called for "extra" support for my child. The young lady who came to "help" came over and told my child to jump! How is this encouraging or helpful? This left my child crying even louder. When we asked if one of them could offer some physical assistance she responded "The only way down is to jump. You signed the waiver and it states he should know his abilities." My child is 6 years old, like any other 6 year old, he is continuously learning what he is capable of. She continued to state that we would have to wait for him to do it himself and there was no other option. He was stuck there and the only way out was to jump 12 feet down. Yes, understandably my child made these moves on his own and he got himself into this situation. However, if you have staff on site, they should be trained on how to encourage children and how to physically support a child who is stuck in a sticky situation.
If your child tries to push their boundaries and ends up changing their mind because they feel unsafe, as an Air Riderz customer they will be encouraged to ignore that feeling!
"I thought I was going to die if I jumped. I was terrified and they told me I was stuck up there". Some may read this review and think this reaction is dramatic. As a parent, you never want to witness your child have a panic attack. All we were allowed to do was stand there and watch him cry, shake, and absolutely lose his mind. Zero support or help allowed from his own parents. What a horrible experience!!!
Needless to say, we will never be returning again. We will continue going...
Read moreI happened to attend a birthday party at this place. I was accompanying my daughter since it was her friend’s birthday. So all the kids from the party were given the wrist band to enter the jumping area. All the parents took their children to the trampoline area where they were allowed to play by the staff member. Half an hour into the play (at about 11:45 am), another staff member (a female) comes to me and tells me I have to take out my daughter because the birthday party kids’ time is between 12-1 p.m. So I called my daughter and she came off the trampoline all confused why I am calling her back. So I told her the situation and she being just 5 years old, kept asking me questions, who has asked to come off and who is that lady. So while talking to her, I told her about the lady and naturally while talking I had a couple of glimpses of that lady. Later, near the entrance of the trampoline area (where this lady was standing), I also went and started talking to another parent who was also confused about the whole situation. I was just talking to that co-parent when this lady from the staff starts telling me not to stare at her as I am making her uncomfortable. I told her that I am not even looking at her where she started arguing with me and the other parent also told her that he is talking to me, why are you even bothered about it. Then that staff lady said I am making her uncomfortable and I should stay away from her.
I went to talk to the manager who had a word with her. However, there was no remorse or embarrassment shown by that lady. Neither did she apologize for her behaviour for accusing me of staring at her.
I was planning to hold my daughter’s birthday party at this place but after this incident, I am not even taking her for regular days. The staff is very rude and they act like they are giving you a favour by using the facility.
If you want to have gathering or a birthday party, I would recommend any other place but this. Very very unprofessional...
Read moreI had a very unfortunate experience here and would not recommend it to anyone. I called in advance to ask about bringing my little brother who is 4 if he was allowed to jump with us, I was told yes if we were supervising him (2 adults), I confirmed at the front desk with a witness there. The manager comes to me later saying this is not allowed. I told her it's not fair to me and she starts to make up excuses that I must have heard wrong or called skyzone instead 😂 when I offered to show her my call log she goes is your child special needs? A ridiculous and rude approach, I ask her the purpose of her question, she goes well we may make exceptions for those kids but even then we're not so flexible. She then tells me no refunds for my poor experience and try out the other spaces for toddlers. Far from the point, I reluctantly take my little brother elsewhere. She comes back later with her employee to try and get it to seem like I misheard things, thankfully there was a witness there to testify. I told her if she has no other purpose to the conversation than to try and misconstrue the situation (after many failed attempts) then she should respectfully leave, she did. So to summarize, no solution offered, tried to paint me as a liar, tried to use special needs as a intimidation tactic, and failed to provide the contact of the owner to escalate my complaint. I think it's important for others to know where they're taking their business and what type of people run the place. Will not...
