Connaught Park — Attraction in Mount Royal

One of our more beautiful parks. I grew up there. Extremely well maintained. There's a children's playground, picnic tables and benches, rolling hills buffering traffic, and tennis courts. If you get married at the tennis club house as my niece did, you can take pictures in the Pierre Elliott Trudeau rose garden. If you're in the area, it's a nice stop. I cannot award 5 stars as Town of Mount Royal does not allow dogs to walk w owners on leash THROUGH any of its parks 😠 (There's a bike/walking path on the perimeter.) Every Thursday during the Summer months there will be a Outdoor Market at Connaught Park to enjoy. Approximately a dozen (12) kiosks are set up for one to either sample or simply purchase wines (from a Sutton, QC vineyard), cheeses, breads, freeze-dried fruits, fresh vegetables etc… The park itself in the centre of Graham Blvd. is large with a huge children’s play area, tennis courts… Several picnic tables abound to enjoy the park...
