About a 20 minute walk from the parking lot, it's easy to get to this lookout.

Welcome to Little Dunks Bay. Between here and Cabot Head, 21 kms distant, you are looking over a section of the Niagara Escarpment. Like an iceberg that is mostly underwater, it descends for 200 metres more to the deepest part of Georgian Bay.

While there's not a direct path to the waters, you can see reminisce of a path off to the side where people walk along.

The views breath taking as with all areas of the fathom five park. You'll enjoy the scenery here and it's...

The trail to Little Dunks Bay Lookout is a flat, accessible 0.8 km walk through lush cedar forest—just 10–15 minutes from the visitor centre parking lot. It ends at a wooden platform that looks out over a tranquil cove on Georgian Bay with interpretive signs, benches, and safe viewing areas. 

The water here is a stunning shade of blue—crystal-clear and surprisingly cold even on warm days. Many visitors liken it to Mediterranean waters. Swimming or dipping your toes is refreshing if you’re brave enough—just take care on the...

If you're a hiker, the burnt point loop right off this look-out is a must! Takes about two hours to complete if you're taking some time to explore. I went over Easter weekend and didn't see a single other person hiking the loop, it was very peaceful. The rock formations on the beach are unreal. Some really nice swimming spots half way through the hike. You can walk along the water front and find the trail again, it's...
