Kinoak Arena — Attraction in Oakville

Kinoak has some areas for improvement, but at the end of the day, it is okay. To start, there is very little space to watch a game. The dressing rooms are small and tough to navigate to if on the far side of the entrance. There is no snack bar, and parking can get tight, even though there is just one ice surface. The ice surface is decent for those that get to play on it. But for the viewer/fan/parent, this is one of the arenas that need some work put into them. Dress warm, bring snacks, and bring patience if helping the kids...

If you are coming here for Covid-19 testing, just don`t. My appointment here was at 13:00, when I arrived, there was an amazingly long que. I asked people around and even people with 11:30 appointments were still in the line! People had been waiting min 2 hours under the sun to get tested! I am sure most people just canceled like I did and found...

Very nostalgic place for me. My old house used to be just on the other side of the forest that backs onto Kinoak Arena. I went to St.Joseph down the street and I remember walking on down (single file😉) with our skates to go skating! So many fun memories around here. They've renovated and it looks better than ever!
