Lacey Estates Winery was a very pleasant stop in Prince Edward County and overall a solid experience. The person working there was absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the wines. They made the tasting enjoyable and informative, and it was clear they had a real passion for sharing what makes Lacey unique. There was a wide variety of wines to choose from, which gave our group a chance to try a little bit of everything. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to some other wineries in the area, making it easy to pick up a few bottles to take home. That said, while we all enjoyed the tasting, everyone in our group of four came away with the same impression: the wines were good, but not great. Nothing really stood out as particularly memorable or exceptional. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means—we enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the friendliness of the staff—but it didn’t quite reach the level of some of the other wineries we visited in the County. Overall, Lacey Estates is definitely worth a visit for the welcoming atmosphere, fair prices, and variety. Just don’t expect the wines themselves to completely blow you away.

Beautiful place! Stopped here to stay the night on the Harvest Host network (for RV’s and Van life). (My first HH stay! ) The owner was behind the bar and very informative and enthusiastic about her wines and vineyard. Their wines are very full of flavor and the best one in the area from the ones I stopped at. She let me stay on the porch after close with a glass of wine as part of the harvest host. It was hot outside and there was a gentle breeze and shade covering outside. My dog was also allowed on the AC area and on the grounds. They were super accommodating of my van and dog. It was a very relaxing stop and I would recommend anyone to stop by and have a glass or buy a bottle (or 3!). Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We are visiting Prince Edward County for a wine tasting and buying tour. This place was a suggestion of a few locals. The owner (Kimball) was super nice and open about his experience creating this place. Family owned and operated some cooperation with local growers. Gorgeous wines with incredible nose and palate to match. Bought a lobster roll to pair with the pet-nats. Wow think Provincetown meets Gaspésie. Fresh and buttery good. You got to eat and drink this if you are coming this way. Yummmmy. Ended up with a few bottles of everything and the last few of the Chardonnay Full Circle. Find them and try them. Small but powerful vineyard!!!
