It's a nice, new train station with lots of space. However, trains are rarely on time (not entirely VIA's fault due to them not owning the tracks), it lacks a coffee shop (or even a coffee vending machine), and there somehow are no USB outlets in the terminal for use by travellers. In 2024, the lack of USB chargers in a public transportation terminal is very odd, and very inconvenient. "VIA rail: travel like it's 1950, but with an app that tells you how late you'll be."

I wish VIA were more on time than it is. It is always at least 10-15 minutes late for arriving at its final destination. I also wish the #651 train (early AM commuter train between Kingston and Toronto) was back up and operational. Staff are pleasant. On board snacks are more expensive: $9.50 for a ham croissant!

Great experience as always. The new train is amazing and very well put together. A comfortable and enjoyable trip. Oliver is an amazing staff and cares for the passengers.
