Terrible service! My first time I went there I booked a spot for 15 people usually restaurants are excited about that business but they did not even reserve one table for us. Wait over half hour to get someone to serve you then another half hour for them to bring your drinks. Waited there with 15 people for over 4 hours by the time we were done we were still chasing them around for 45 minutes for our bill. Another time my wife found a fly in her drink the guy made a joke at the end to her to tip him she was going to until then. My last time took the cake and for this reason I will never step foot in there again. 10 people went there after a long day to get some drinks and have dinner. The guy was so unorganized that he would take 3 peoples orders at a time then walk off while people are trying to get his attention. A small section of the table would be ordering food when they are bringing out food for the other side. Meanwhile on the opposite side of the same table they did not order their food until WE WERE PAYING FOR OURS! YOUR BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND YOUR FOOD IS WAYY OVER RATED. Try being nice to other people instead of your regulars. You will do better that way. Who knows those other people that are not regulars would probably...

My husband, stepdaughter and I just finished having a terrible dinner experience at Slapshot Bar & Grill. To start with my husband ordered unbreaded chicken wings and I ordered a cheeseburger. The stepdaughters order was fine. The waitress Kalla accused my husband of ordering the wings breaded until I stepped in and told her that he had ordered them unbreaded. As soon as she took the wings away I found a huge long brown hair in my hamburger. I had been eating my french fries because I was very hungry. She took my plate away. We waited over half hour to get the wings and hamburger back. My husband had said he didnt want the wings and would never be back. I just wanted to eat my food and get out of there !! When my burger came back they gave me back the few fries I had left on my plate reheated. I was so mad at this point. After waiting all that time they could have gave me fresh fries at least !!!
