Waterford Heritage & Agricultural Museum — Attraction in Ontario

It was a great museum, but it seems like it's still in it's infancy. It's has really awesome displays, but there's no information or interpretation to a lot of them and we felt like we lost out on a fun and educational experience. My husband, who is a farmer and was familiar with the ag equipment, was helpful to interpret the machinery and their uses.

There was no staff walking around to answer any questions, and signage placards were nowhere to be seen on a lot of the displays.

This museum has some really great potential and I hope to see some improvements...

After our lunch at the Gibbling Goose my wife and I dropped in hereto learn some local history . Upon arrival we were greeted by the attendant who was very friendly and shared some interesting town history as well as the history of the building the museum is housed in . I’d say that the Waterford Heritage & Agricultural Museum is very much worth a visit, especially if you’re in the area or exploring Norfolk County.
