Westlake Willy Waterpark - Sandbanks Provincial Park - Prince Edward County — Attraction in Ontario

For my birthday I came to Willy Waterpark and it was super fun. I mainly came for the inflatable waterpark and again it was super fun. Now let me note a few things. I will say some of the inflatables are super hard to get on. Like you need some good upper body strength. I watched this kid try to get up on an inflatable and due to the way it was designed this kid could not get up it. I could barely get up it and at the time I was 16 and in pretty good shape. The next day, lets say...was the worst! I guess the amount of energy I used and upper body strength, mixed with the sun did not help because I was so sore. I could not move. The owner is a thief. Watch out don’t book a water craft before you understand that he can change the agreement any time without letting you know. And he won’t refund you if he is changing the agreement. We had the worst experience ever and we will be making a claim to the consumer protection. I booked for 4 Jetskis, gave us only 3 barely working because of a GPS safety system that slow you down for many reason. Be ready to wait for more than one hour for your watercraft. People before us flipped with the Jetski. They are not stable. Jetskis are old with 350hours+. Payed 440$ for less than 15min each and didn’t want to refund us anything. Be Careful Going here! I purchased tickets online specifically for the fact of going to the floating water park course, however upon arrival we were informed it was closed, which right off the bat was an extreme disappointment because no where on the website or google did it state it wasn’t operational. They agreed to give me a refund for the 3 tickets purchased, a week later no refund. We were there so we then decided to rent a seadoo ,well they then took a deposit incase it got damaged. However a week still and I haven’t seen the refund for the deposit .I was told by the young lad working I would see the refund with in 3 days.
