Jack Charron Arena — Attraction in Ottawa

This place is apart my childhood I used to go here a lot of the timewhen I was younger we would go with the school across the street Saint Martin de porres. This is also where I learned too skate, all that being said they have a bathroom one water fountain and ice rink and some stands to watch the ice rink. And I think a couple vending machines. The staff are also very nice if you have any problems they are always willing to help you out. it is a very good option for one of those cold days in the winter where you don't know what to do with the kids, you can just take them over and go for a skate with your family. In conclusion I highly recommend going to this skating rink. They have a handful of vending machines an ice rink and a pew to watch...

No canteen (at least not when I have been there) There is a vending machine and a sports bar upstairs. Seats are wooden but there is a pretty good view of the ice wherever you are sitting. You can also view the ice surface from the sports bar upstairs. We were there for ball hockey so cant speak to quality of the ice. ...

Good arena but doors are not open on scheduled activities. Administration of this building is not acceptable. Not once but multiple times 2-3 dozen parents with kids sitting outside waiting for doors to be opened. Game cancellations due to tardy or nonexistent administration is not acceptable....
