I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. The lady at the reception blatantly deceived us by assuring that the pool would be open for 40 more minutes. Trusting her, I decided to let my child enjoy the pool and paid $18 for what was supposed to be a reasonable amount of time. However, barely 2-3 minutes after we arrived, the lifeguard abruptly announced that the pool service was over. This is not only unacceptable but also a clear case of false information being given to customers.
When I requested a refund, the same receptionist coldly refused, showing a complete lack of empathy and customer care. Such dishonest and disrespectful behavior is disgraceful and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment. It is deeply disappointing to see a business tolerate such deceitful employees who clearly do not value their customers.
I will certainly not recommend this pool to anyone, and I urge management to take immediate action by terminating the employment of this individual. A business that allows dishonesty and mistreatment of its loyal customers is doomed to fail. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to restore trust and integrity.

Read moreWe drive from Marquette 3 or 4 times each summer just for the day. There are 2 large slides one of which is fully enclosed, dark and fast. There is also a 15 foot long kids slide that is great for the little ones. It is still deepish at at the bottom so they might need a floatie depending on their height or skill level. There are plenty of lifeguars on duty including one at the top and the bottom of the waterslides. The large waterslide do not require a swim test or wristband but they landing is the deepest part of the pool so you will need to ride with your little ones or have a parent waiting at the bottom. There is a little kids splash area but it does have easy access to the deep end so you still have to watch the little ones carefully. Even at capacity it really isn't too busy. There is a picnic hut but it gets full almost immediately by the first person in line. On warm days you can expect to wait in line for a while if you aren't there right at opening. You will have a tough time finding shade so bring an...

Some things are horrible. There is a height rule for the waterslides - if your kid(s) are at the height limit, they can ride either waterslide by themselves. If they are below the height limit, they can only ride one slide, WITH A PARENT/GUARDIAN.
This bit us hard when we took are twins there today - one twin was JUST at the height limit, and so was allowed to go down either slide. The other twin was about 1/2" shorter was denied, and so was not allowed to go on one slide at all, and had to go on the other with a parent, even though they are both good swimmers. He was extremely upset about this, and it changed a 4 star review into a 2 star review.
Pros: Cheap, can bring own food in
Cons: The "lifeguards" on duty had no chill whatsoever. Horrible selection of food available at the concession. Bird droppings everywhere around the waterslides. Very few shady areas. Water drips onto you on the stairway to the...
