This is an absolutely beautiful mall. No doubt about it. Clean and the lights are dim so you're not flooded with fluorescent light. I really enjoy that about this mall.
Also when I first arrived in Quebec in 2018, I was thrilled to see trains in the mall carrying children! They get a train ride in the mall LOL!!! I am from British Columbia and never seen that before. Budget when it comes to children and making them happy this mall would definitely do that.
However, things have changed. There Are no Children. There are no train rides. Just a lot of old lonely People. I wish I could reach out to them. But they feel cold. Unhappy. And do not want to be interrupted. It seems like everybody is in their own world.
I do love the selection of retail outlets. I booked a hair appointment I can't remember right now the name of the place 👀 but when I go next week I will be sure and take notice and give a review. The lady at the hair salon was very kind and was willing to speak English to me. She knows...
Read moreVery good shopping mall! A few of the entrances are quite far from the roads where the busses drop us off, which is a little unfortunate (ex; the entrance next to Théâtre les Gros Becs). It's accessible to disabled people with wheelchairs and other mobility aids, which is awesome. There are a scary amount of clothing stores, but I guess if clothing is what you're looking for, then you're in luck! There are a bunch of services and strores, though they could be more diversified. Still, with Walmart there, you're pretty much guaranteed to find what you need, haha.
There are a lot of parkings, and there is music playing at all times (although french music). It's important to note that the mall is undergoing a lot of renovation, so there are inaccessible zones dedicated to construction. The mall is generally very pretty looking inside,...
