Rating for customer service First, been coming for 3 years as the mountain coaster is AMAZING! Stayed at the resort one year, STUNNING! Everything about this resort and it's attractions are world class! We are returning in a week and are looking forward to it as we have purchased the new "Gold pass" in advance on the website. We are a family of 6 and purchased those passes on June 21 as well as the mountain coaster passes for today. We were unable to book a second ticket on line for the mountain coaster prompting a phone call to the resort. The customer service rep checked our online purchase and said a second ride was no problem, it just had to be booked on arrival as they were a reduced rate ticket. On arrival, we were told that isn't the case as all rides are full price due to the busy summer. This wasn't indicated on the website, at least not prominently enough to be noticed. The best we were offered was a return of our prepaid passes so we could purchase either the silver or gold passes at full price (as opposed to the online pre-purchase rate). Although I understand, it's disappointing after confirming with customer service by phone. Disappointing for the kids too as they save their chore money for summer vacation extras (like a second mountain coaster ride). Regardless, save yourself the headache and book your gold pass online...
Read moreI stepped off and felt both traumatized and invigorated, and immediately wanted to do it again... They should rename it Stockholm Syndrome: The Ride! Despite feeling like I was going to die 98 times from going so fast, my 8 year old caught up to me at high speeds and yelled at me to go faster... He didn't use the breaks once and somehow lived to tell about it, very impressed! Honestly insanely fun for kids and adults, I wished I'd have gotten the all day pass because I would have gone 2 or 3 times for sure. Amazing views and what a thrill for this old boot. My only complaint is the ticketing system, I bought my tickets online a day in advance, arrived by 10am and was told it was already a 5.5hr wait and we ended up not having time as we were heading home that day. We got a raincheck and planned for this (which meant another trip up from Kelowna which is a long way but it's also made us fall in love with Revelstoke so I can't really complain). We arrived the second time 2 weeks later leisurely around noon and it was a SEVEN hour wait, we got our number and went about our day, fine because we knew to expect it, but I do feel a better explanation of the process on the website would help people better prepare, nothing like disappointed children on a long road trip. Definitely worth the visit and we look forward to coming back next year...

I visited this pipe coaster from the lower mainland ( about 7 hours of drive). During my first visit they said all the tickets were sold out by 11 am, which I understand. Then I visited a second time and because of the weather (rain) they had to shut down. Even though I was about to take a ride from the mountain, which I understand. But when I went to guest service - they said they cannot refund the money but they gave me a voucher and they mentioned that it is valid for 1 year you can come at any time (and we will adjust you in the queue - They shouldn't say that). Because when I visited today in the morning around 11 am , then they said everything is sold out. You can come next time (no refunds). Even though I have tickets.
Moreover, if you buy tickets online and visit pipe mountain coaster then again it's unsure if you will get a chance to ride or not because they said first come first serve.( Give the money back to a customer who miss a chance to ride)
*In short they should simply refund the money due to uncontrollable conditions like rain or something that a customer cannot control or book a time slot for the returning customer so that they don't go through all the hassle again, they need to work on...
