Where to begin, most servers are quite friendly. I however had the unfortunate experience of speaking with one host that was extremely racist and would not seat us when other servers were willing to seat us. Instead she moved us downstairs when there was space upstairs (downstairs was empty). She complained to her manager that I was being rude, in no way shape or form was I being rude, I was nothing but respectful, I asked her why we couldn’t sit there but we could sit downstairs at a 4 person table. Grabbed a pulled pork sandwich from the food truck with a side of tots. Both are absolutely amazing. The pulled pork has a hint of char and was wonderfully integrated with a very well balanced barbecue sauce. Some crispy coleslaw in the sandwich to balance out the tang to the BBQ sauce...so good! Tater tots are super crispy, with just the right amount of salt. Perfect side to the sandwich. We waited for 40 minutes for one bacon burger and one club sandwich. When we finally got the bacon burger it had no bacon (?? Not sure how you forget that) and we asked for no sauce, there was sauce on it and it was missing pickles. The last two things, I get happen. However they only had one chief in the truck until about 3 people ahead of us complained and finally they added a second chief. We took burger back and it came wrong again a second time.
