Stay Revy — Local services in Area B (Shelter Bay/Mica Creek)

One of the finest - if not THE finest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in! I was having a hard time finding a place In Revelstoke that would take our two dogs, had two bedrooms and had an elevator. Fortunately, Stay Revy saw one of my enquiries somewhere and reached out to me. I needed it for just four nights, and they made it affordable enough that I could manage it. I have to say, they thought of every little detail. First of all, it was spotless and inviting.There were enough plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans and glasses. Even condiments and coffee were provided. Plus shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, body lotion, soap, a washer & dryer, a boot dryer, and of course, your own personal hot tub on your deck. I can’t praise it enough. Everything was brand new and in excellent condition. And MacKenzie Village where it’s located is just five minutes from the ski hill, how convenient is that? There was a large screen TV in the living room (not sure why there wasn’t one in the Master bedroom), A very comfortable king size bed and a table and chairs out on the deck for alfresco dining. We really wanted to stay longer, it was that comfortable. However if I had one caveat, it would be that the builders did not use enough soundproofing between the rooms, as people in the bedrooms could hear every word that was said in the living room. Of course Stay Revy had no control over that and once we realized that, we modified our fun in the living room! Regardless, I cannot recommend Selkirk Staycation highly enough. You won’t go wrong if you choose...

Some of the biggest challenges with an investment property are things like - taking possession, deficiency walk throughs, furnishing / staging the property, photography of the property, listing it and a social media efforts. Have no fear! With Emily and the Stay Revy Team they have you covered. All aspects of property management and rental operations are handled in a prompt, professional manner. Emily has been amazing to work with on this adventure :)

October 26, 2023. We have anxiously waited for the unit to be "completed" and for Emily and the team at Spruce + Arrow Interior Design Studio to add the finishing touches. They did not disappoint! Amazing job on getting the interior finished, all deficiencies on the build dealt with and all the incredible design details to make the condo ready for visitors. Just booked two rentals through StayRevy for a group of 10 and had a lovely time. We were able to cook in for breakfasts/dinners, kitchen was well stocked, made use of the hot tubs, gathered comfortably for game or movie nights. Gear lockers were very much appreciated and extensively used- it was so convenient not to lug wet/muddy gear up and down from the cars. The condos themselves felt very luxe and comfortable- plenty of space in bedrooms/bathrooms and common areas, comfortable beds, well stocked linens/towels/toiletries. Great place to go "home" to after a long day on the slopes to unwind and relax. Only feedback I'd give is that we generated quite a bit of trash after a few days as a large group, and it would have been nice to been able to take it...
