No service at all. did not deliver till 1:30 pm then client asked and then they told cannot deliver till 1:30 pm and just leave client with hungry body no compensate at all for not deliver till 1:30 pm. and refused to talk about solve no deliver issue. how poor the service is. if can gave minus will gave minus star. why we order and wait till 1:30 pm and told nothing to eat and not solve the issue and stopped talking and blocked. First, the fact is around 1 pm, client ask how about the delivery, then the customer service confirmed will delivery on time. and then FlavoryFood find out, they make a mistake, the address is in Richmond but they arrange the food to Burnaby driver to deliver. first mistake made by FlavoryFood and then client have to wait. and then they just notify client cannot deliver in Burnaby. but the client is in Richmond not Burnaby(which should not be affected). so first mistake not solved. then the order is cancelled around 1:30pm so refund is a must. secondly FlavoryFood makes a issue, the client have no food to eat at 1:30 pm!!!!!!!!!! so the client has to solve the issue made by FlavoryFood but FlavoryFood did not talk about the situation and block the client. not only they deliver to wrong address even tho gave correct address by client, and also the client must face no food to eat at very late time and solve it by client self. Is it okay for a company who makes business to provide food but actually that provides no food and no responsible for their mistakes? I’ve been using this lunch service for over a year and will definitely continue! The lunches are healthy, delicious, and delivered free to your door. The staff are friendly and respond to inquiries promptly.

The portions are generous--- enough for 1-2 people, and most of the time, they last for 2-3 meals. I’m not sure why a few customers said the portions are small. Everyone I know finds them more than sufficient and often can’t finish in one sitting.

Taste is pretty good, but improvement definitely needed in temperature regulating. My delivery address is in Central Richmond but the lunches are always not hot when delivered, often just lukewarm. Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering "hot lunches". Also, consistency in delivery times would be helpful.
