A Hidden Gem for a Peaceful Escape!
Bright's Grove is a truly healing and peaceful destination. A good option for a daughter-mother road trip. We loved walking along the unique rocky shoreline and the scenic trails. The highlight was being kindly guided by a friendly local to the famous rose garden, which we'll definitely revisit in season to see its 500 varieties in bloom.

   Read moreI don't know how anyone has posted this, but there's literally NO BEACH. The lake water levels are so high this summer/month that the entire strip of beach is under deep water. There's a biggish rocky area at Mike Weir beach, but there's also "do not swim" due to bacteria sign at the entrance to that beach?!? What a joke. We rented a cottage for a week just to discover no beach, no swim beach, and everyone's recommendations to drive to Sarnia's Canatara beach.    Read moreDiscovered this place by accident. Went down to Sarnia for a weekend getaway. First hit up Carnata Beach whixh was nice in its own beauty but the had alot of rocks in the water which made swimming uncomfortable. There were alot of bugs eating us alive. Decided fo look up another beach and found Bright Grove. We were absolutely amazed to find this hidden gem. Water beautiful and brach is clean. It felt like were on a carribean island.
