Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sarnia

I use the drive thru on a near daily basis. The drive thru staff are amazing; always friendly and cheerful. However, my wife and I decided to take our grandson inside yesterday (Saturday) afternoon after a fun time at a nearby park. We said we would treat him to a drink and doughnut and we would have a coffee each. It’s been quite a while since we have entered the facility and we were surprised by the deterioration of the condition. The interior is very “tired” and the glass countertops throughout were filthy. They obviously hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down in quite some time that day. It begged the question on how hygienic the general and especially the food prep areas were. We had the same opinion of the booth seating areas; ripped/worn cushions and the table surfaces were appalling; covered in sticky substances and stains. We had to clean them off ourselves before we sat down. To add to our discomfort, while we were uncomfortably sat down, we witnessed one of the female staff making an attempt to use a broom to clean up the floor area in front of the order desks. If she had done her attempted task any slower, I’m sure rigor mortis would have set in. Needless to say, we will be avoiding going inside this Tim Hortons. We live locally so we will continue to use the drive thru for coffee (only). There needs to be some drastic changes to the management and welfare of the facility. This has to be the worst Timmies location in all of Canada if not North America. You can never get a good or consistent cup of coffee. Its like they burn it every time. Between weekends, nights and days you can't get consistent anything. One day you'll get a soggy hashbrown, then later that day you'll get a dry crispy over cooked one. I just bought a bagel and cream cheese and it had next to no cream cheese what-so-ever and that threw me over the edge to finally write this review, and its been a looong time coming! Someone please open up another Timmies in Brights Grove and set a bar for standard. As I'm eating this bagel I think I just bit into sand! SAND! What the hell Timmies? Smarten up! Have some Pride! I hate how I have to go out of my way 15 minutes on my morning commute to get a good coffee. PS how do you serve a cold sausage and egg breakfast sandwhich every damn time? its supposed to be...

such slow service , they almost never have anything in stalk unless if it’s in the morning to early after noon, some staff there r so rude and they don’t understand how to put double cream cheese on a damn bagel which u have to pay almost another extra $ for, and if they screw up ur order and u bring it back to them they get upset like it’s ur fault or something and insulted and just straight up rude , some of them r very nice employees but the rest not so much Lol.
