What a fantastic surprise! We decided to check out the Saskatchewan Museum of Natural History on Sask Day holiday, and to our delight, it was open! It was my first time visiting, but my boys were my expert guides, having been there before with their school trips. They immediately led me to the dinosaur exhibits, pointing out all the different fishes and cool rock displays. Upstairs, we found a really neat mini-version of our city, which was a huge hit! The various colors and types of rocks were pretty awesome, too. Overall, the museum may not be the biggest we've visited, but it's the perfect size to get kids excited. Museum of natural sciences University of Saskatchewan is a must visit museum in saskatoon. If you have kids it's good to show them the dinosaurs skeletons, fossils and evolution charts etc.

No tickets needed. It's a 45 minutes spend time museum. It depends upon your priority and interest. Public parking available. 5$ minimum .

Every sculpture, fossils and bones are displayed with small description . It's good for school kids and family to spend some beautiful time.

According to their website and the support member's statement, the museum should have been open on Saturday from 8am. In fact, it was closed when we got there at 10 am. There was a sign asking to give them a call if the doors were closed, which we have done, and got a response that they will send someone. After that, we waited for another 30 minutes, and no one came to open it, but that was not the worst part. I called them once again, and the voice, quite rudely, told me that they had other tasks as well, and the door opening was not prioritized. Well, get...
