Great little urban forest! On one side, the trail winds through meadows and under power lines, but on the other it is all lovely quiet forest. Lots of birds singing and baby bunnies running around. In some areas, you don't even hear the traffic noise anymore, which is lovely.
Only downside was the obvious homeless camp problem on the meadow side. We stopped to take a lunch break and soon noticed we were sitting in someone's "living room" with fire pits and clothing and a couple of tents nearby. We even found a machete embedded in a nearby tree. I would caution that you only walk these trails with other people...
