Thunder Bay Masjid — Attraction in Thunder Bay

Few months back I came to Thunderbay as a normal female but Thunderbay Muslim community made me a muslimah, I still remember my first Friday when I went to masjid for jummah and I saw people from many different countries with different cultures, languages and colours but all standing together for namaz, subhan’allah! Thunderbay Muslim community have strengthened my imaan standards so high in 1 yr that I wouldn’t have done those in 19yrs! I am more then grateful what this beautiful people have made me, I would never miss a chance to thank them back by volunteering in every possible way. Whenever am around our community all my worries, homesickness and illness of being away from my family is taken away, they give me a relief from all my emotions 🥹❤️‍🩹, I will be done with my studies in 4 months and my heart is not ready to leave Thunderbay and my most precious community close to my heart, I really feel so blessed that Thunderbay Muslim community is so welcoming...

Awsome experience. As soon as I got out of the car a brother made me feel so welcome. I thank Brother Faisal for the food he bought me. Brother Yassir for his very kind jester. Brother Faraz his Dawa and also Brother Yassir. I was passing by Thunderbay but when they found out this they offered me what my own brother would offer me. But we are Brothers in Islam. MAY ALLAH REWARD YOU ALL FOR YOUR KINDNESS. AND MAKE OUR MUSLIM COMMUNITY STRONG IN AKEEDA...

Alhamdulillah and so blessed to have found this masjid while we were on the road from Montreal to Jasper. I made a stop to do Isha’a prayer and we parked at the masjid and slept in our car Nd continued to do Fajr prayer The people were so kind especially the Imam of the Masjid. They were welcoming and asked us to rest inside but we didnt want to be too much of burden. May Allah always protect the ummah and preserve our Masjid....
