Pita Pit — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

I had the worst experience here! I ordered my food and was waiting in line to pick up my order. While waiting, a group of 3 older white folks came in and placed their order. The cashier came over serving station and put her gloves on then asked the group what type of bread they’d like and began putting their order together. Not once did any of the two staffs that was working at the time stopped to check if I am being helped. There was only one order before mine so it’s not like it was busy or I was not quite visibly in the line. I then walked over to the cashier section, called for a refund and said I was clearly here before that group came in and no one tried to process my order. They came over and issued my refund and not once acknowledged or apologized. This is not the first time I experienced this type of behaviour in Thunder Bay. My food is usually delicious and the service is usually very quick and polite. HOWEVER, today there was a boy building the Pitas who clearly did not want to be there, or something was wrong. He was slamming the pita warmer, slamming the scraper on the grill, tossing ingredients together without much care, and spoke to each customer abruptly and with no eye contact. When he rolled the pita, he rolled them so small that it's like biting into a ball. I only get my pitas here, but he made me feel uncomfortable and next time I might turn away if I see that he is again making the pitas.
