The manager is very rude. Things started with my purchase with a ticket combo for $20.35(18X1.13). They still charged 13% for the tea. All of the other bubble tea stores don't charge tax due to the HST/GST relief. So I asked the staff(with round ear rings) who was also rude. She told me that it 's a discounted combo so they had to charge tax on the tea. She also told me that if I was not happy with it, she would charge me the ticket and the tea separately (14+tax, 8+tax). I asked her why should I pay separately? I bought the tea because of the combo discount . She then went to her manager and they both laughed.

Then manager came to the front. I simply wanted to tell them that they shouldn't have charged tax on the tea, but she didn't want to listen. She crossed her arms in front of her chest, laughed, and started to fight with me aggressively. She also told me that it's their decision to charge tax, not CRA. She also said the same thing about paying separately. I told her that I would report them to CRA. She repeatedly replied me as: go ahead, I'll be waiting for it. She kept fighting with me even though there was a big line up. Then I took out my phone to record her just in case to show her boss someday. She took out of her phone recording me and said: if you post me on the social media, I will post yours too. This was when she left.

Then I asked for a refund on the ticket since I already drank the tea. The same cashier (with round rings) took my tea back and said: "you don't want it? I will put in the garbage". She would rather throwing it into garbage than selling/giving it to me. Not sure if she did throw it into garbage at the end. If either of them had some manners at the beginning, this fight wouldn't happen. Later on my friend with his 2 children came , but we all left and went to their other playground. (As I wouldn't be able to see the money refunded on my credit card app, she finally refunded it by cash hours later. I appreciate her attitude...

I’ve been a regular for a while now but it seems like the management has changed. Prices are decent with a range of playground equipment. This place doesn’t seem to be very sanitary though. I saw a guy vacuuming but he wasn’t even vacuuming properly. There has definitely been a change within these two years. Last year staff were actually around the playground ensuring children's safety. I’ve noticed that this year only one staff member is really outside in the playground. I come every Sunday and when I come, I always see the same girl in the playground and four staff in the bubble tea area. That area is so small, why do you need FOUR staff inside? I feel so bad for this girl. When it gets extremely busy she has to watch the whole playground herself. If they split the work, that would be more reasonable. What is the point of having so many staff if they’re not gonna do anything. Staff just sit in the small bubble tea area and go on their phones. It’s like they don’t care. Another change I’ve realized is the attitude of some staff. I am aware that the session ends at 3:30 but as I walk out, I hear this staff member tell customers “let’s go”, “come on”, “hurry up”, “we’re closed”. Can they not speak in...

Initially, we had a positive experience at this playground when it first opened, and the kids had a blast. Naturally, I recommended it to others. However, my perspective has shifted, and I won't be recommending this place anymore.

Unfortunately, my kids' recent visits were met with disappointment as the playground was closed to the public both times due to events. The first instance occurred during a day camp event, even though the website indicated that it was open. There was no signage at the facility to indicate the closure, and the kids were understandably upset. They had to settle for a different indoor playground that day.

Wanting to avoid disappointment again, my husband proactively called to inquire about potential events the next day. The person on the phone confirmed there were no events, ensuring it would be open to the public. Sounds promising, right? However...

When my mom took the kids there at 10:00 AM, they were met with yet another event closure. This experience was frustrating since we had made efforts to ensure they'd be able to enjoy themselves. As a result of these instances of poor communication and customer service, I must emphasize that I would not recommend this...

I recently visited jungle adventure and was disappointed by the misleading pricing. The admission price was advertised as $13.99 on the website and on their cashier screen but I was charged $15.80 at the counter. Since there's currently a tax break on children's playgrounds, I expected to pay the advertised amount. When I asked about it, staff explained they applied tax to the total, but the receipt showed zero tax – making it feel like the price was raised without notice. I wouldn’t have minded if this was clearly communicated, but the lack of transparency was frustrating. When I brought it up politely, the staff responded rudely and told me to take a refund and leave if I wasn’t happy. I hope management addresses this to avoid confusion for other families. It's disappointing when businesses take advantage of tax breaks in a way that feels unfair to customers.

Love the theme of this indoor playground. The price is fair, it includes 1 adult with the admission of a child! The attention to detail is very nice there are small mirrors and posters of animals/ leaves all over giving it a real jungle feel. I give 3 stars because there are cameras everywhere in here which makes you feel uncomfortable- (comparable to FunVilla; there aren’t cameras in your face everywhere you go). Be mindful that Adults can’t jump with their children on the trampolines, which makes you wonder if the structure is safe enough because I have never been restricted anywhere else. Also, the maintenance on some of the equipment is poor especially on the base level near the tube slide. Nevertheless, a great place to take the kids on a rainy day for tones of fun without breaking the bank!
