UFO Landing Pad — Attraction in Town of St. Paul

We stopped in here driving back to Edmonton from Cold Lake. The girl working at the UFO center was so incredibly awkward that it made the experience awesome for us. Trying to engage her in friendly conversation resulted in very short replies. It was clear that she wanted to be left alone to play on her phone. Some highlights:

Me, noticing a sign that says there have been 4 UFO landings at the site and wanting to play along: “Wow, you’ve had 4 landings here?” Her: “No” Me: “Oh, is that just to stop people from asking how many landings you’ve had?” Her: “It’s a joke.”

I tried a few more times to get something out of her, but failed.

The shop is filled with random alien shirts and other kitschy things made locally. Cheesy alien earrings made from perler beads, other plastic things made with cheap moulds. Some things didn’t have prices, but asking the helpful girl at the counter would illicit a single-word response with the price.

You may question why I gave this place a 5-star review when the service was so poor; it was awesome. I loved the awkward interactions with her. Also, I believe that over time she’ll become accustomed to interacting with more humans, and she’ll pick up on the banter needed to integrate within the human race. I found a dead cow outside a barb wire Fence down a back road. There was not much ground disturbance in the tall grass except for around the cow. The cow was not bitten or anything. The other cows stood there overlooking the dead cow from inside the pen they were all standing there looking at the corps... The barbed fence was not broken or tampered. Very Odd. I had a Tarp in my truck that I put over him.... the corps was not a meter from the fence. Its Not Typical to see big Cows outside the Fence. Maybe the smaller calf's but.. If it had been wild animals they would of atleast had a nibble. The cow could not have been dragged out from under the barbed fence unless someone roped its legs and dragged him out with a truck. the grass showed it was tramped from the fence. But i did not see any blood. unless some farmer was playing a prank, which i doubt they would do to its own livestock. Skeptic of the rumors of cows being mutilated now after that incident. and i did not see any excessive road tracks on...

The world’s only UFO 🛸 landing pad. You know because when aliens 👽 visit they will look for a landing pad and discover the only one is in St Paul, Alberta. All kidding aside this is a cool place to visit. It is clean and well kept. There is the landing pad and a visitors centre right beside it that looks like a saucer 🛸. It was fun to visit and some cool stuff in the visitors centre. There are washroom facilities available here which are clean and well lit. If you come to St Paul you have to visit. My wife and I enjoyed our visit and used the picnic table to have some lunch. There is lots of parking spaces available. An added bonus is that the St Paul Museum is right next to it. You can get all your tourist stuff done...
