The Manager was super rude to us after we refused his special drinks he wanted us to order. Then we asked if they had boneless chicken wings and he said we should go to BPs...

So we ordered something different and 10 mins later says he doesnt have that. So then we ordered something else and he also said he didnt have that. Then I said ok, we will go eat elsewhere if you are out of so many items, and he K FINE SEE YA THEN.

Super rude, will not return if that Manager still works there. We are local and have never been treated that bad here in our lives.

Not to mention he wasn't wearing a mask nor gloves, during a pandemic and there were no distancing measures put into...

Absolutely disgusted by the racism from the staff that permeates this dive bar. I myself have waited standing at the bar for over 20minutes for service from a well known bartender. She made eye contact and continued chatting with her sister while I waited to buy one drink. I also was with a native friend that was treated even worse. The slow service would be understandable if it had been a busy night. There was however a max of 6 or 7 other people. So after I got a drink I watched as the Smitty's sisters laugh and snicker at other girls and took their time serving specific customers. The manager was well aware as he was sitting and drinking with other staff/clientele. I haven't returned since . It was a disappointment...

Came in to the Smittys lounge on Friday night, and everything was great except for the lady working behind the bar. The two servers were very nice aswell as the supervisor Uhmar, was very friendly aswell. The lady that works strictly behind the bar though, she is horrible. She is always so rude, looks like she hates her job, and makes me not want to even approach the bar. I don’t care how long she’s worked there, she is not someone I look forward to seeing when I come in for a bite to eat or drinks...
