Staff and friendly and professional. The campsite has mostly double sites which not really good if the person you're sharing with likes to spread out, maybe a wood fence between would help.

The beach at the lake is nice, has some shade.

The pool is a god send, but the water was too hot for me. Heads up, the pool closes for 30 mins between 4 to 4.30pm. If you want to get back in you have to get your arm stamped and line up for 30 mins or risk not being able to get back in as they reduce the capacity of the pool to 70 people due to staff changes. Also, after 4.30pm if you leave for any reason you are not guaranteed to get back in as there are people lined up to take your place. Just things to be aware of.

New bathroom facilities around the park.

The campsite is a good walk away from the concession, pool and lake so lots of bikes and scooters on the roads. We took the car to the pool and lake.

All in all a great site, family...

Five stars we absolutely love this place and its great with my kids, grandkids the family. However very katty dark haired lady at *the information place? Yah lady I'm not going to argue over a remark then stay a week with you lurking? Funny not an hour later another woman showed up at our site asking for passes etc. but after she checked us she kept on and went past other sites? Well she probably already checked their credentials, standard procedure? Lawrd I couldn't crack a smile from her at all? You take ur job seriously but she was happy with passer by's? Anyways I know I'm Native but I doubt that had anything to do with it? Well I didn't feel comfortable our entire stay due to the first/second point of contact in the info building? Other than the girl at the gate she was an angel very personable, happy, polite, smiled, helpful what an amazing employee! Anywho next year I shall avoid the info...

Came for a wedding for the first time. We rented the Night owl cabins. Super cute area. The site of the cabins were beautifully kept. Very clean cabins, bathrooms, and grounds. Cabin renters have a group area where you can have a group fire a picnic shelter lots of picnic tables and seating. There's a bbq but provide your own propane. I give the cabin area a 4.5 only wish there was a in ground fire pit to have better fires. Otherwise I would give it a 5 for Night Owl. The man that runs the cabins is so nice so that made it a good experience too. So helpful. The lake was a good size. Food...

We love this place for short canoe outings close to Saskatoon. You could launch at the boat launch on the west side, but we really enjoy launching at the public beach and heading into the East/Northeast arm of the lake, into the marshy area full of birds and wildlife and very few people (no powerboats in there). It's calm even on windier days, and a lovely getaway.
