We tend to spend at least a week here every summer. Although it's very challenging getting a spot you want when the reservations on the site open, most spots are really good to stay in.
There are plenty of washroom/facilities and the ones with showers are kept very clean. It's a family-friendly place and there are rarely any late night party-types around. It's not uncommon to find many kids at the parks and/or biking around.

Read moreGreat place, not far from the city. Heated outdoor pool (rare in Saskatchewan!) near the lake. Lake has a nice beach and a calm lake, as no motor boats are allowed. Great for kayakers and others. Most campsites are nice, some are in the wide open though. Wood is free and fairly good quality, however the fire pits are small and raised off the ground. Not ideal set up, but are functional.
Bathrooms and showers are really nice, with lots of recent renovations. Showers are free and have nice hot water.
There's also a couple of handicap camping sites with nice level ground that look easy for wheelchairs to maneuver.

Although some of the double sites are not ideal at all, unless camping with a friend or family. Cramming in two trailers together in a tight "double" site, is ridiculous.
