An interesting free activity for the whole family when in Kelowna. You can walk through the nut farm and learn about the farm's history - they have various points with information boards. It is short-ish walking trail. Dogs not allowed on the trail through the farm. The farm is set practically on the banks of the Okanagan lake. Free parking. In season you can buy nuts. We were there early spring so the trees were still bare and just shooting. Lots of squirrels. Fascinating to see the old farmhouse, barn and other buildings still standing. It was still beautiful even with no leaves...
