Willow Beach — Attraction in West Kelowna

All changed around. Have to walk on sand to get up the point grass and sit on benches by the creek rocks all facing towards kelowna. ..at time I was there too sunny in eyes and I didn't realize no dogs sign posted. I had my 6 lb old dog with me why I hoped to sit ..she's not well to walk anymore and looking for quiet spot..maybe watch kids at volley ball court. looks nice but I liked it better before. West Kelowna beach... Could be a lot cleaner especially in the winter when the wild fowl tend to leave massive droppings. No shopping around, but a strip mall coming soon, there is a canteen across the street open in summer, hamburgers ice cream etc. The public wash rooms are kept clean and the wall along the lake near by is very nice and well maintained, an easy walk...

Lovely long beach, kind of rocky but otherwise very nice with clean water. There is a lot of long seaweed but it's easy to find deeper water without it; the ducks are very friendly and super cute. Not as busy as some of the beaches in Kelowna, with a lot of parking and...
